Tutors Toronto is operated and managed by certified Ontario teachers. Most of the tutoring centres out there are not operated or managed by teachers or educators. They are usually managed by business entrepreneurs who have little or no experience with the current education system in Ontario. It would therefore make sense that these tutoring centres simply are not aware of the current school procedures and accommodations that could help your child succeed in their own classroom.
